Elderly Care Specialist

BELONG LIMITED seeks a dedicated Elderly Care Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care to residents in our village community home, ensuring a high standard of care and service.

About the Opportunity

The estimated annual salary for this position is £26,000 - £32,000, depending on experience. As an Elderly Care Specialist, you will work closely with a committed team to deliver person-centered care, enriching residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a person-centered approach to caring for older people, responding to their individual needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to prioritize tasks, maintain high standards of care, and ensure resident safety.
  • Provide personal care, assistance, and companionship to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Be proactive in identifying residents' needs, health, and wellbeing concerns, contributing to care planning and reporting incidents to management.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents and their families, respecting their wishes and values.
