Senior Energy Assessor/Sustainability Engineer

Parkside Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Energy Assessor/Sustainability Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Oxford with hybrid working options.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating on projects from inception to handover, conducting feasibility studies and preparing energy assessments. A strong knowledge of Part L, Part O, DFE standards, and SAP10/Net Zero requirements is essential. Proficiency in IES Software and Microsoft Office is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant subject such as building services engineering or architecture
  • 3-5 years' experience in building services design with a focus on energy performance
  • Strong knowledge of energy efficiency standards and regulations
  • Proficiency in IES Software and Microsoft Office
