Logistics Sorter

As a Logistics Sorter with Ashton Recruitment, you will be working in a fast-paced warehousing environment where flexibility and adaptability are key. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading lorries, sorting parcels into geographical areas based on postcodes, and maintaining general housekeeping within the warehouse.

You will work closely with other warehouse operatives to ensure deadlines are met, use hand-held scanners to scan products, and adhere to all health and safety procedures set out by the client.

This is a temporary position with opportunities for permanent vacancies dependent on performance. You can choose your own days of work as our client operates 6 days a week, with occasional Sunday shifts available.

We offer an estimated salary of £11.50-£11.75 per hour (over 21) or £10.50 per hour (under 21) and require applicants to be over 18 due to the nature of the work.
