About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Catering Lecturer with a specialisation in patisserie to join our vibrant team at DN Colleges Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Support and Education: Mentor and guide students to achieve their culinary qualifications, prepare engaging lesson plans, and deliver high-quality classroom instruction.
  • Curriculum and Programme Management: Contribute to the development and leadership of hospitality programmes, participate in curriculum development and marketing activities, and act as a Programme Tutor.
  • Kitchen and Food Safety: Maintain high standards of hygiene and health and safety in line with college and legal requirements, ensure all food safety compliance within kitchen and restaurant areas.
  • Operational Duties: Follow budgetary guidelines and kitchen management procedures, adjust working hours as necessary to meet the demands of the role.
