Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Interaction - Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing automated machinery, as well as conducting planned and preventative maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding and rectification on automated machinery
- Conducting planned and preventative maintenance on an array of automated machinery
- Installations and repairs of mechanical and electrical based equipment, PLCs/Motor Drives/Invertors and Heating Circuits
- Collaboration with the engineering manager to ensure smooth production of the plant
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' worth of experience as a Maintenance Engineer
- Proven mechanical and electrical capabilities in a manufacturing environment
- Proven hydraulic and pneumatic capabilities
- Relevant mechanical/electrical Qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ's/17th/18th edition)
- Previous experience working in an automated environment (advantageous)
- In-depth understanding of fault finding/diagnostics on manufacturing machinery
