We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at The Roe Deer. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting our Sous Chefs and Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and service.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh ingredients and following established recipes.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, ensuring dishes are visually appealing and meet our high standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu ideas and dishes, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
