Role Overview
This Senior Physiotherapist position is an exciting opportunity to lead the modernisation of the clinical elements of the Rehabilitation Service Review. As a key member of the Ministry of Defence (Defence Medical Services), you will be responsible for reviewing current clinical guidelines and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing and treating complex patients referred for physiotherapy, including assessment and treatment planning.
- Leading the development of a Continuous Quality Improvement programme through clinical audit and collaboration with the SMO and Regional Clinical Rehabilitation Lead.
- Ensuring adherence to Health and Care Professions Council guidelines and governing core standards.
Requirements
- Hold relevant qualifications and memberships in full.
- Awareness of and adherence to the Smoke-Free Working Environment policy.
- Ability to evidence vaccination status.
