We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our award-winning Jasmine Mother and Child Residential Family Centre.
About the Role
- As a Registered Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-standard resident care, ensuring continuous standards are met and maintained.
- You will establish strong relationships with women, their children, and other professionals, developing and implementing individually tailored care and support plans.
- Responsibilities include controlling and monitoring the budget, ensuring effective use of resources, and understanding and complying with statutory and legal requirements.

Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 or equivalent experience
