About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our Support Workers, ensuring that our service users receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Conduct regular supervisions and appraisals to ensure that Support Workers are meeting their performance targets
  • Identify opportunities for further staff training and development
  • Ensure that all reports are completed for regulatory bodies, including CQC/HSE
