Activation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Activation Specialist to join our team. As an Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting Diageo brands in on-trade venues, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Diageo brands in on-trade venues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including pub owners, managers, and staff
- Provide training and support to customers on Diageo brands and products
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the on-trade sector
- Strong knowledge of Diageo brands and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
