We are seeking a skilled Construction Delay Analyst to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As a key member of our claims and disputes division, you will work closely with our clients to provide expert analysis and support in resolving complex construction disputes.
Key Responsibilities:- Support senior staff on projects requiring planning and delay analysis expertise.
- Live planning work, including handling delay claims on live projects.
- Support an expert witness in arbitration and litigation proceedings.
- Advise clients on problematic projects, including dispute avoidance tactics and alternative resolution techniques.
- Act as an ambassador championing the Contract Services delivered by our consultancy in the industry.
- Experience in Project Management, Planning, or Engineering with knowledge of planning software and delay analysis techniques.
- Exposure to carrying out delay analysis on formal disputes such as adjudication, arbitration, or litigation is beneficial.
- Exposure to EOT claims is desired.
- Strong motivation to progress in a specialist claims and disputes environment.
- Strong working knowledge of common planning software such as Primavera, Asta PowerProject, TILOS, CEMAR, Excel.
- Strong analytical and writing skills are required.
- Competitive salary in the region of £40k-£60k (DOE).
