Job Title: Trainee Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Management Accountant to join our Central Operations Team. As a Trainee Management Accountant, you will play a key role in providing efficient and effective support to meet the Trust's core Finance responsibilities.

About the Role:
  • Assist the Management Accountant, Finance Manager, and Executive Finance Business Manager in delivering timely and accurate monthly management accounts.
  • Work closely with the Central Trust Team to provide support and guidance on financial matters.
  • Develop and maintain financial systems, including purchase and sales ledger systems, payroll systems, and financial systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance financial processes.

Requirements:
  • Maths & English GCSE or equivalent Grade B and above
  • AAT qualified or other equivalent qualification
  • Experience of working with purchase and sales ledger systems, payroll systems, and financial systems
Training Package:

We offer a fully funded CCAB qualification worth £27,000 over the period of the qualification, funded by the apprenticeship levy.
