Director of Rooms Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as Director of Rooms. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading the rooms department and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum
• To manage the day-to-day operations of the rooms department, including staff supervision, training, and performance management.
• To maintain high levels of quality and service standards across all areas of the hotel.
• To collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest services.
• To develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in hospitality or a related field.
