Job Description:Role Overview:

We are seeking a Client Liaison Specialist to join our Community Broking team in South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to drive growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
