Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Communications Intern to join our Marketing and Communications team in London on a six-month placement. As an 'internal journalist', you will produce and distribute engaging stories and content that will positively engage both our colleagues and clients. You will also gain hands-on insight into a Marketing and Communications function of a world-leading financial institution, while being able to shape and influence strategy using your knowledge of the latest communication trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create compelling, modern, professional content for distribution across our digital channels, including our employee app, intranet, internal TV channel, and social media platforms.
  • Help manage our company's social media accounts, including LinkedIn and Instagram, and post engaging content.
  • Brainstorm innovative campaign ideas that drive engagement and results.
  • Provide suggestions for improving colleague and client experience on digital and social platforms.
  • Understand the overall concept of the company, including our brand, employees, customers, goals, and all other aspects of service.
  • Learn and become proficient on internal software systems.
  • Analyze data to gauge the success of campaigns and content.
  • Assist in creating performance reports.
