Gap personnel are working in partnership with a client based in Norwich, seeking Warehouse Operatives for a temporary basis in their busy distribution centre.

The site boasts a great working environment and good culture.

This role requires being on your feet for the whole shift, walking up to 8 miles a day.

Shifts: Monday and Tuesday 14:00 PM to 22:00 PM to start with OR Weekend Shifts - Saturday 14:00 PM to 20:00 PM and Sunday 08:00 AM to 16:00 PM.

There will be opportunities soon for additional days of work.

Main Duties Include:

  1. Working within the warehouse team as an operative.
  2. Order picking onto Totes using RF gun picking system.
  3. Taking completed orders to packing stations.
  4. Loading & unloading deliveries may be included at times.
  5. Supporting any stock takes or other duties as needed.
  6. Packing/scanning books at scanning stations.
  7. Be able to travel to Broadland business park; good bus routes and times from the centre of Norwich.
  8. Full training will be given to starters, but experience in a similar role is an advantage.
