About the Role:

The Property Caretaker will be responsible for maintaining the school's property and providing a safe and clean environment for staff and students. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in maintenance or caretaking and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the school's premises, including cleaning and performing routine checks of heating, lighting, and equipment
  • Set up rooms for events, assemblies, and meetings
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests when necessary

This is a part-time role working Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Estimated salary: £20,500 - £23,000 per annum.
