About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional educator to lead our Sixth Form and drive academic excellence. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a vision for post-16 education that aligns with our school's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the Sixth Form curriculum, ensuring it is challenging, engaging, and relevant to our students' needs.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of teachers and support staff to deliver exceptional educational experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the school to ensure seamless transitions and a cohesive approach to student support.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and maximize student outcomes.
