About The Role

Process Design Lead

M Group Services, a leading provider of essential infrastructure services, is seeking a highly skilled Process Design Lead to join our Water and Wastewater Treatment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, including process design, equipment selection, and system integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and project management, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Requirements
  • Chartered or Incorporated (CEng/IEng) or working towards would be strongly desirable.
  • Process/Chemical Engineering Degree/HND/HNC or equivalent in engineering or related discipline.
  • Water company design specifications and standards knowledge is a strong requirement.
  • Proven track record in process solution development in design.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
