About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Transition Director to join our team at Infosys. As a key member of our transition management group, you will be responsible for leading large-scale transitions and ensuring seamless delivery to our clients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in sales, solution development, and delivery with a global systems integrator or consulting company. You should have a proven track record of managing complex programs, developing effective customer relationships, and delivering presentations that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the transition process, including due diligence, risk assessment, and staff utilization.
  • Develop and lead transition solutions, including cost estimates, staffing requirements, and work plans.
  • Conduct workshops to help prospects define requirements and build a business case for outsourcing.
  • Provide leadership to cross-functional and cross-cultural engagement team members.
  • Perform all aspects of transition program management, including plan development, resource planning, and tracking.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of sales, solution development, and delivery experience with a global systems integrator or consulting company.
  • Experience using a global delivery model to support customer requirements in application development and maintenance, infrastructure services, BPO services, testing services, and/or engineering services in large deals (>50 Mn USD).
  • Ability to develop/maintain positive client relationships and monitor client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated success in a matrix management environment.

Competencies:

  • Proven abilities in the areas of transition management, customer relationship development, and presentation skills.
  • Expert ability to successfully manage large, complex transitions across all phases from inception to implementation.
  • Ability to manage both engagements and projects.
  • Deep understanding of IT outsourcing sourcing/delivery models.

  • A competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
