About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Miller & Carter - Hockley Heath. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop your team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to plan and prepare menus, manage food ordering and stock control, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for food and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
  • Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget and achieving our financial targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
