Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Case Manager to join our team at Victim Support. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in providing intensive case management to perpetrators of domestic abuse, working collaboratively with existing agencies to design and implement co-ordinated intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one case management to perpetrators, focusing on securing engagement, influencing attitudinal and behavioural change, and linking to complementary services.
- Work closely with the IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans, and improve outcomes for all parties involved.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and develop multi-agency responses to support and/or disrupt perpetrators.
- Challenge service users and other agencies to achieve positive outcomes and reduce risks posed to victims.
- Understanding of domestic abuse, risk assessment, and risk management, including experience working with victims and/or perpetrators.
- Ability to build relationships and develop multi-agency responses.
