Exciting Opportunity for FPGA Engineers at Octagon Group

We are seeking skilled Digital Design and FPGA Engineers to join our team at Octagon Group in Cambridge. As a leading machine learning business, we are involved in developing innovative financial industry technology.

About the Role

As a Digital FPGA Engineer, you will develop FPGA's using SystemVerilog. You'll work closely with software and machine learning experts to help build low-latency / high-throughput applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test FPGA's using SystemVerilog.
  • Collaborate with software and machine learning experts to build low-latency / high-throughput applications.
  • Develop FPGA's with exposure to Quartus and/or Vivado.
  • Contribute to the development of low-latency, machine learning, or neural network architectures.
  • Work on software skills using C / C++ or Python.

Requirements

  • Experience in FPGA Design, development, and testing.
  • Previous experience in using SystemVerilog, VHDL, and/or Verilog.
  • Exposure to Quartus and/or Vivado.
  • Understanding of low-latency, machine learning, or neural network architectures.
  • Software skills using C / C++ or Python.
