**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master - Technology Leader to join our team at Addition+.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong track record of driving Agile adoption and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will design and implement efficient systems, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead Agile development practices to drive business success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver key projects and improve business processes.
  • Lead Agile development practices, coaching the Technology development team to excel in sprint planning and delivery.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Expertise in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong technical skills, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and Power BI.
