Role Overview:

Tilbury Douglas, a leading UK construction and infrastructure company, is seeking an ambitious individual to join their site management team as an Apprentice in Construction Management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site-based construction projects, conducting risk assessments, and liaising with key stakeholders. With on-the-job mentoring and learning opportunities, this apprenticeship provides a comprehensive qualification pathway from level 6 to degree level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate site-based construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including time sheets, materials used, and labor costs.
