Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Apprentice

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales and Customer Care Apprentice to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Working alongside experienced negotiators and marketers to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Ensuring all leads are added to the Dynamics CRM system from various channels, including portals, website, social media, inbound phone calls, live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Affiliating with databases, emails, WhatsApp, and being the first point of contact for inbound calls, responding to live chat and WhatsApp enquiries.
  • Following an initial qualification process to ensure negotiators deal with leads most likely to convert, involving contacting enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintaining lead quality to the highest standard and recording necessary information on each lead.
  • Providing weekly feedback to marketing on common questions, objections, and pain points.
  • Distributing qualified leads fairly to negotiators to take action.
