Procurement Manager

A highly skilled Procurement Manager is required to lead the Procurement & Supply Chain department in the Professional Services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize efficiency and cost savings.
- Manage the procurement and supply chain team to ensure effective delivery of procurement services.
- Lead the negotiation of contracts with suppliers to secure best value for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and assess procurement performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage supplier relationships and maintain a supplier database to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the Professional Services industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and systems, including procurement software and tools.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills to drive results and achieve objectives.
- Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- An estimated salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
