Job Summary:

The Head of Apprenticeships will be responsible for leading the Central Scheduling team, ensuring effective staffing, training, and resource management for both the UK and France teams. This role will involve monitoring and overseeing team performance, including team members from both local mother companies and partners, within the defined scheduling scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Central Scheduling team, ensuring effective staffing, training, and resource management for both the UK and France teams.
  • Monitor and oversee team performance, including team members from both local mother companies and partners, within the defined scheduling scope.
  • Oversee and direct the Project Control Cycle (PCC) from a scheduling perspective.
  • Ensure timely and quality updates of all planning levels, including production and analysis of associated indicators.
  • Administer the P6 scheduling software for the HPC project, including access rights and database management.
  • Recover and maintain project baselines monthly.
  • Be the primary contact for all Engineering departments and integrated teams regarding HPC-NI project controls.
  • Liaise with Edvance for all HPC scheduling topics and collaborate with the EPO (Edvance Project Office) on scheduling matters.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities, capable of working with multi-site teams and within a complex ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of the nuclear industry and its specific context is an asset.
