Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales team in Sittingbourne. The role involves actively contributing to all aspects of the business, driving efficiency and profitability, while maintaining exceptional customer and internal relations.
The ideal candidate will provide first-class customer service to valued clients and sales support to our sales team within a fast-paced B2B environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing new processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Creating and maintaining accurate sales, stock, and customer reports
- Preparing and managing large-scale customer tenders
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 2 years experience in a B2B Customer Service role (desirable but not essential)
- Proven ability to identify and solve problems
- Self-management and planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office functions
- Educated to A-Level (or equivalent)
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administration and organizational abilities
- A track record of customer service success and a passion for improving the customer experience
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage a healthy workload
- Understanding and adherence to company process and procedure
