About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Technician to join our team at Anglian Water Services.
As an Electrical Systems Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our electrical systems, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our water treatment facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including high-voltage equipment and control systems.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electrical system issues, working closely with other teams to ensure minimal downtime.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in electrical system maintenance and repair.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and engineers to achieve common goals and ensure the safe and efficient operation of our water treatment facilities.
Requirements:
- Electrical Qualifications: Hold relevant electrical qualifications, such as an apprenticeship or degree in electrical engineering.
- Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills in electrical system maintenance and repair, including high-voltage equipment and control systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with other technicians, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Be willing to work flexible hours, including standby and overtime, as required.
