Vehicle Maintenance Specialist

We are currently looking for an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join our team at Allen Motor Group's Ford dealership in Uxbridge. As an Aftersales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering expert advice and guidance on vehicle servicing and maintenance.
Job Summary:This is a full-time position working 47 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with one in three Saturdays. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience using computer software systems, and a valid UK driving license.
Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing expert advice and guidance on vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their vehicles, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Upsell products to achieve set performance targets
The estimated salary for this position is £29,000 basic salary and an OTE of £36,000, making it an attractive opportunity for those seeking a rewarding career in customer service and vehicle maintenance.
