Head of Claims - Operations (Hybrid)
On behalf of Pertemps, a leading recruitment agency, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their Claims Handling Department.
About the Role:
The Claims Handling Department provides managed claims services for top professional indemnity insurers, overseeing claims from first notification to resolution. The team operates with delegated authority on pre-loss and post-claims activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes for clients.
Salary: £65,000 per annum
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing operations teams, with a strong background in claims handling and management. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing budgets, and overseeing staff performance.
