As a key member of the national team, you will be responsible for leading financial due diligence processes, delivering high-quality reports to corporate, private equity, and banking clients.

About the Role

The Transaction Services team has a strong track record of developing and recognising talent through career progression, which can be fast-tracked based on performance.

  • Lead due diligence assignments, coordinating with tax and other specialists
  • Expand your external client portfolio and network of relationships
  • Participate in national resourcing and project delivery meetings with peers and senior leadership

You will also have the opportunity to coach and train teams to deliver insightful analysis and prepare issues-focussed due diligence reports, monitor time spent against budget, and recover unbudgeted time.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Financial due diligence experience in a similar role, covering a range of transaction types (buy-side, sell-side, financing)
  • A track record of developing and managing an external network of relationships, with examples of securing project work
  • Experience of supporting competitive proposals and pitches
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience of identifying issues through sound analysis and application of commercial acumen in all situations

In return, we offer a highly competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
