As a Resourcer, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle, excluding business development and account management. Upon completion of your training, you will have ownership of candidates from initial sourcing to offer stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To source candidates through advertising, job board searches, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and our company database.
  • To shortlist and telephone interview candidates to determine their suitability for a specified vacancy.
  • To format CVs and write interview reports ready for sending to clients.
  • To arrange interviews and conduct interview preparation with candidates.
