Business Service Management Role

New Business Responsibilities
  • Commission adjustment and monthly reconciliation.
  • CIFAS – Fraud monitoring.
  • Asset Recovery – customer Voluntary Termination, PCP hand back, auction house sales, fee collection.
  • Completion of Data SARs, and other GDPR related activities.
  • Telephone Queries from Hub, Dealer, Customer and other 3rd parties.
  • HPI (Hire Purchase Investigations) monitoring.
  • Monthly MI reporting to various stakeholders including Compliance.
Risk and Compliance Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

Excellent customer service skills with experience in a high-pressure environment are essential. Experience in the Finance or Automotive industry is preferred, with collections experience being a distinct advantage.
