Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing experience, sales, and accountancy knowledge, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
As a Customer Renewals Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Customer-facing experience; face-to-face or telephone-based
- Sales background (desirable)
- Education or accountancy knowledge (advantageous)
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated team player
- A commitment to providing good customer service
- The ability to enter information, produce documentation, and supply information quickly and accurately
- Strong written, oral communication and numeric abilities
