Job Summary
We're seeking an ambitious and passionate individual to join our team as a Cosmetic Product Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, while working across our award-winning premium beauty brands, including Clinique, Estée Lauder, Jo Malone London, M·A·C, and Tom Ford Beauty.
About the Role
As a Cosmetic Product Specialist, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a visually appealing shopping environment and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising. You'll work closely with the management team to drive sales through consistently remaining consumer-focused and identifying opportunities to grow our market-leading make-up products.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about makeup artistry and beauty, with a confident and approachable personality. You'll be self-motivated, proactive, and flexible, with the ability to work across various days and hours. Previous retail industry or customer services experience is beneficial, but not essential.
