Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Development Coordinator at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our retirement development, ensuring that all aspects of the property are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate maintenance schedules and oversee repairs and improvements to the development
  • To liaise with contractors, suppliers, and residents to ensure excellent customer service standards
  • To assist in the development of policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or facilities management sector. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, plus benefits including annual holiday entitlement, life assurance, and professional development opportunities.
