About the RoleAs a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with our experienced teaching staff to provide individualized support to students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You'll be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, helping students to develop their skills and confidence, and supporting their emotional well-being.

We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting young people with SEND. You'll need:
- Significant experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a related role.
- Relevant qualifications, including a HLTA qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of our students.
