Job Description: As a Care Assistant with our organization, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing medications, and providing emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
- Assisting with medication management and administration
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, be empathetic and understanding, and have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care. You don't need prior social care experience, but you'll need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our team.
