We are seeking a confident and compassionate Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to gain experience in the classroom and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
About the Role:
- Provide targeted support to pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, Global Delay, and Down Syndrome.
- Assist with the management of the class, carry out interventions, and deliver programs tailored to children's needs.
- Work collaboratively with the inclusion team to support students and staff.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Psychology or related field.
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a SEN setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for all students to flourish.
