We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of individuals with complex needs.
About the Role:
You will be working in a supported living service in Papworth Everard, providing person-centered care to individuals who require support with daily living tasks. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, teaching new life skills, and encouraging participation in community activities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working with individuals with autism and have a full UK driving license. You should also be resilient, flexible, and composed in your approach. A passion for enhancing the lives of others is essential.
