About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated registered general nurse to work in our Ophthalmology department. As a part-time staff nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and plan care for patients with a range of ophthalmic conditions
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications and performing procedures
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration
- Experience working in an ophthalmic setting or a similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
- Computer literate and able to use electronic patient records
