About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our Finance team at Hopwood Hall College. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading on treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure the effective management of the College's finances and provide guidance on financial procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the College's cash flow forecast
  • Lead on VAT returns and maximise VAT recovery
  • Oversight of fixed asset register, depreciation calculations, and reconciliations
  • Training and support for College staff on financial procedures and budget holder responsibilities
  • Assist in preparation of statutory accounts and funding body returns

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be based at Hopwood Hall College, Bury, Greater Manchester, UK.
