Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on experience.

Job Overview

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate financial models and forecasts
  • Providing insightful data analysis and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Leading and managing the FP&A team to ensure seamless execution
  • Partnering with business heads to drive target delivery and strategic alignment
  • Conducting variance analysis and providing commentary
  • Developing and reporting on sales targets

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A 2(i) numerical degree from a reputable university
  • A professional qualification such as an accountancy or MBA
  • 3-4 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-financial stakeholders
