Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on experience.
Job Overview
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining accurate financial models and forecasts
- Providing insightful data analysis and recommendations to senior leaders
- Leading and managing the FP&A team to ensure seamless execution
- Partnering with business heads to drive target delivery and strategic alignment
- Conducting variance analysis and providing commentary
- Developing and reporting on sales targets
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A 2(i) numerical degree from a reputable university
- A professional qualification such as an accountancy or MBA
- 3-4 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-financial stakeholders
