We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planner to join our team at Monroe International. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a multi-million-pound project, providing expertise to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using P6 and ASTA, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to monitor project progress.
- Identify potential risks and delays, and proactively provide solutions to keep the project on track.
- Manage the planning and control functions on the construction site, coordinating between various teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on large-scale construction projects, ideally within Lifesciences, but will consider Commercial / Building Services (MEP).
- Tier-one contractor or client-side environment.
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and planning principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team.
About the Project:
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days on-site and 2 days from home. The project value is £500m, and we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planner to drive project success.
