Job SummaryWe are seeking an Executive Culinary Specialist to join our team. This role will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow, becoming a critical member of our culinary operations team.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the food served meets the highest standards.
- Maintain the kitchen and service area cleanliness, presentation, and stock levels.
- Stay up-to-date with menus and available food options.
- Promote a warm and friendly service culture.
- Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations.
3 days over 7, 8:00am - 3:00pm.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A passion for food and culinary arts.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in catering or related field.
