Autodesk Drafter

We are seeking an experienced Autodesk Drafter to join our team. As an Autodesk Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings for large residential developments, using your expertise in AutoCAD and other design software.

Estimated Salary:£50,000 - £70,000 per annum

We are a multidisciplinary practice delivering projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and healthcare. Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Creating accurate and detailed working drawings
2. Collaborating with technical teams to ensure that drawings meet the required standards
3. Liaising with external parties, such as consultants and clients
4. Maintaining high standards of drawing quality at all times
5. Supporting the wider team with technical expertise

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Proven experience in creating working drawings, preferably in the housebuilding industry
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with external parties
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. Revit experience is advantageous
