Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, install, and maintain telecommunications infrastructure, including broadband and TV services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to broadband faults.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, educating customers on installed services and resolving any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telecommunications engineering, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including fibre optic networks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
