About the Role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Mid to Large clients and developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional payments products and services, and preparing and leading Quarterly Business Reviews to share account performance metrics and drive customer success.

You will also be responsible for using your analytical skills to identify trends in account performance and providing recommendations to improve authorisation rates.


Requirements & Qualifications
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Service Management within the eCommerce/ Digital Payments industry.
  • Proven experience growing accounts (revenue and retention).
  • Deep knowledge of Excel and other data tools, such as Looker, to run account analysis.
  • Strong organisational skills with a project focus, experience deploying large-scale and complex payments integrations with large to mid-market companies.
  • Natural curiosity and ability to understand customers' strategy and ambition, as well as the motivations of individual stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills, seeing perceived obstacles and objections as opportunities to engage, consult, and deliver value.
  • Detail-oriented, adept in using data to drive improvements – each vertical sector has clearly defined success metrics.
